First Impressions

What a great class we have!  We are so proud of our little ones (and their parents) for what has been a wonderful adjustment phase so far.  Chaos, on some level, is to be expected with the start of the year in the toddler class, but we have been amazed with the number of moments that have NOT been chaotic!  Yay!  It really is a sweet bunch of kids and we look forward to seeing what we can do with them this year.

Here is a glimpse of what we've done the first couple of weeks:
We've done lots of art!  (The color of the month is blue.)

We made these name signs for the bag hooks. Don't they look great?
We also painted with blue in art class with Ms. Heidi.

We painted the letter A with bingo markers - these were a big hit!

Grant was enthusiastic and decided to make his mark on the wall as well.
See the Z?  Good job Grant! or should we call you Zoro?  (Don't worry, it washed off the wall.)
We read books...they have a pretty good attention span for this stage in the year!

We also did lots of playing!  Inside and out.

And in case you hadn't heard, Grant is a new big brother!!!  Congratulations to Grant, Mom and Dad on TWO healthy baby girls!  You are all in our prayers during this time of adjustment.
Have a wonderful weekend and we'll see you Wednesday!
